What should I do if an item is out of stock? 

On each item page you can sign up for a restock notification. You will be emailed if or when the item comes back in stock. 

 

Can I get a gift card?

Yes! When you purchase an E-gift card, it will be sent to the email address you used with the order. You can purchase a gift card here. Clothed gift cards make the perfect present!

 

How do I know if my order was placed? 

Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions about your order, please email info@shopclothedboutique.com and be sure to include your order number in the email. 

 

How do I determine what size I should order? 

All items will fit differently, so we do our best to provide you with as much detail as possible. Details can be found on each item page in the product description. 

 

How do I apply a gift card or promo code at checkout? 

At checkout, you may apply your gift card or discount code under “order summary” and enter the code in the box that says “gift card or discount code”. Only one discount code may be applied per order. 

 

Do you give refunds? 

Yes, if your order is sent back to us within 14 days, we will issue a full refund. Anything after 14 days will be a store credit and anything after 30 days will not be accepted. Please see the Returns Policy for more information

 

What if I received a damaged item?

Please email us at info@shopclothedboutique.com within two days of receiving your order. Please include photos of any damaged items.
