We always hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your Clothed order, however, if you need to make a return, purchases are eligible for a full refund or store credit depending on the circumstance. Within 14 days of receiving your order, returns are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, returns are eligible for store credit only. After 30 business days, we will not accept any returns. Items must be in perfect condition in order to be eligible for a return, this means: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, no stains, no pet hair, no smell of any kind, with tags on, and in its original packaging. 

Extended Holiday Return Policy: All purchases made from November 1st through December 31st are eligible for store credit or exchanges until January 15th.

Final Sale: 

  • Any items purchased during a sale 
  • Some pre-ordered items (see info below)
  • Items that are ALWAYS final sale: earrings, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, bralettes, and swimwear

If you happen to return a final sale item, we will be unable to refund you or give a store credit, as we do not feel it is appropriate or responsible to resell these types of items. 


  • Some pre-orders are final sale, others are not. Be sure to pay close attention to the product description for more information. Final sale items will be noted. If nothing is noted, you may return the item.
  • Pre-orders are based off of our wholesalers inventory. If they are out of stock at the time we place the order, you will be refunded in full. 
  • Pre-orders are on a first come, first serve basis

Make sure to include the packaging slip with your return. The packaging slip includes the items you ordered, as well as your order number. 

Once we have received your return, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return. Once we have received and processed your order, store credit will be emailed to you. Store credit will be sent to the original email you placed your order with. 

Please make sure items are packaged neatly.

Any damaged items must be reported to us within two days of receiving your order. Please email us at and include photos of any damages.
