We always hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your Clothed order, however, if you need to make a return, purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. After 14 days, a store credit will be issued via email. Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
After 30 days, we will not accept any returns. Items must be in perfect condition in order to be eligible for a return, this means: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, no stains, no pet hair, no smell of any kind, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please DO NOT send back your return until your request has been approved in the portal.
We have the right to decline any returns.

- Pre-ordered items are sale
- Items purchased with a gift card
- Items that are final sale: all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, bralettes, and swimwear
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
- All purchases made from November 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 are eligible for store credit or exchanges through January 15, 2024.
If you return a final sale item, there will be a restocking fee of 30% applied to your store credit.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please include the packaging slip with your return. The packaging slip includes the items you ordered, as well as your order number.
Once we have received your return, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return. Once we have received and processed your order, store credit will be emailed to you or we will refund to your order to your original payment method.
Please make sure items are packaged neatly.
Any damage items must be reported to us within two days of receiving your order. Please email us at email@example.com and include photos of any damages.
