Items must be in perfect condition in order to be eligible for a return, this means: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, no stains, no pet hair, no smell of any kind, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please submit your return through our Return Portal on the website. This can be found by logging in to your customer account with the email address you used to place the order or by clicking here.
Please DO NOT send back your return until your request has been approved in the portal. We have the right to decline any returns.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:- Any items purchased during a sale are final sale
- Pre-ordered items are sale
- Items purchased with a gift card
- Items that are final sale: all accessories, leggings, bodysuits, bralettes, and swimwear
If you return a final sale item, there will be a restocking fee of 30% applied to your store credit.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please include the packaging slip with your return. The packaging slip includes the items you ordered, as well as your order number. Once we have received your return, please allow 7-10 business days for us to process your return. Once we have received and processed your order, store credit will be emailed to you or we will refund to your order to your original payment method. Please make sure items are packaged neatly.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY:
